Stephanie Thien Vu
Stephanie is an intellectual property attorney dedicated to helping clients protect and leverage their innovative ideas. With a strong foundation in mechanical engineering and as an engineer prior to her career in law, she understands the complexities of translating technical concepts into robust intellectual property portfolios. Stephanie's practice encompasses a wide range of technologies, including medical devices, surgical robots, software, automotive products, oil and gas devices, compressors and expanders, and consumer goods.
She assists clients in developing and executing comprehensive IP strategies, from patent drafting and prosecution to freedom-to-operate analysis and opinion work. By combining her technical expertise with legal acumen, Stephanie provides tailored solutions to safeguard client interests and drive business success.
Stephanie holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Rice University and earned her J.D. from the University of Colorado Law School.
