(March 3, 2025) — Lathrop GPM has launched an Executive Orders Task Force, a client-focused initiative in response to the rapidly shifting policy landscape under the second Trump administration. This dedicated team will provide proactive, high-level analysis of executive orders and other administrative actions, offering strategic guidance to help clients navigate potential impacts. As part of this effort, the firm has created a new client resource center, Navigating the New Trump Administration: Executive Orders & the Changing Legal Landscape, for up-to-date legal insights and resources.
Lathrop GPM developed this resource to help clients answer a critical question: “What does this mean for me or my business?” Executive orders and administrative actions can have far-reaching implications across industries, making it essential for organizations to stay informed and prepared.
The resource center features a range of resources, including legal alerts analyzing executive orders and actions such as:
- Trump Executive Order Pausing FCPA Enforcement: Have Legal Requirements Changed?

- What Does the Executive Order Expanding Access to IVF Mean for You?

“Since January 2025, there have been many significant administrative changes and executive actions which impact our clients,” said Cameron Garrison, Managing Partner at Lathrop GPM. “To provide effective counsel, we must stay abreast of the latest developments and communicate their implications across industries. Our Client Resource Center is designed as a comprehensive and evolving resource to meet our clients’ needs in real-time.”
A key feature of the Client Resource Center is the Executive Orders Tracker, which compiles executive orders issued since the beginning of the Trump administration’s second term. The platform is also linked to a Litigation Tracker, which monitors ongoing legal challenges to the administration’s policies.
Lathrop GPM’s Task Force comprises attorneys from various practice groups and is co-led by Litigation & Dispute Resolution Counsel Kathleen Fisher Enyeart, Franchise & Distribution Partner Maisa Frank and Litigation & Dispute Resolution Partner Allonn Levy, along with additional team members, including:
