Redwood Shores (April 28, 2025) — Lathrop GPM LLP is pleased to announce that Partner Jennifer Johnson has been named by Silicon Valley Business Journal as a “2025 Woman of Influence” honoree.
Johnson is one of 100 women leaders selected from the public, private and nonprofit sectors for their influence in their industries as well as their communities.
Johnson’s practice focuses on real estate matters for Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies, investment funds, established nonprofit corporations, developers, local businesses, entrepreneurs and investors. She has negotiated some of the largest real estate transactions in the country and has served as primary real estate counsel in multimillion-dollar leases and subleases, domestically and internationally.
Johnson currently lead’s Lathrop GPM’s Real Estate group, and serves on the Lathrop GPM Executive Committee. Prior to Lathrop GPM’s combination with legacy firm Hopkins Carley in October 2024, Johnson was Hopkins Carley’s first female managing partner. She has been recognized as one of Lawdragon‘s 2024 500 Leading Global Real Estate Lawyers, and as a 2024 Woman of Influence by GlobeSt. Johnson has also been selected for inclusion in the Northern California Super Lawyer list every year since 2015.
Johnson joins fellow Partner Monique Jewett-Brewster (2024) in representing the firm on this esteemed list of honorees.
