Join Lathrop GPM for Fiduciary Bootcamp - a series of three seminars that will equip fiduciaries with the tools, knowledge and resources needed to succeed.

Session 3 - Build Your Knowledge: The Duty of Prudence

Casey Breese & Amy Erickson will provide an overview and explanation of the fiduciary’s duty of prudence, with particular focus on the prudent investor rule. They will then discuss common scenarios that can lead to violation of the duty, the potential consequences of a violation, and tips for successfully navigating tricky situations involving the duty of prudence.
