Lathrop GPM Chicago Office Moves to New Hybrid Space in 155 North Wacker
CHICAGO (June 12, 2024) — Lathrop GPM is pleased to announce the firm's Chicago office has officially opened the doors to its new office space at 155 North Wacker. The firm moved from the building's 30th floor to a newly designed space on the 38th floor designed to support the office's continued growth and hybrid working needs.
The new office continues the firm's national transition to a hoteling-hybrid model. So far, the firm has completed redesign efforts in Chicago, Denver, and Minneapolis, with additional office moves underway this year in St. Louis, Dallas, and Boston.

"The intentionality of the redesign is evident, and we're happy to offer our team and clients a contemporary, comfortable, and flexible space at the same prime location as our previous office."
The new office's features include a state-of-the-art conference area with private access for clients and guests, a blend of open seating, and private assigned workspaces. Architecture firm DLR Group, which has been involved in designing all the new transformed offices, created the space.

Over the last few years, the Chicago office has continued to grow with attorney and staff additions, including most recently, with the addition of partner Brent Vincent to the firm's Tort, Insurance, and Environmental practice group. The attorneys based in Chicago focus on numerous practice areas including insurance recovery disputes, corporate and business transactions, intellectual property (IP), IP litigation, franchise, and financial services. The Chicago office has grown to house Lathrop GPM's second-largest number of IP-focused attorneys and professionals.
