Alexandria Darden is an attorney in Lathrop GPM’s Business Transactions practice group. Fascinated by the unique facets of where law, business and innovation intersect, Alexandria brings energy to advising clients on transactions involving various entities, including limited liability companies, trusts and corporations. Alexandria is admitted to practice in Missouri and Florida, enabling her to serve clients across state lines.
Alexandria joined the firm after serving as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Judge Lisa White Hardwick, an appellate court judge for the Western District of Missouri. During law school, Alexandria represented UMKC School of Law at Baylor Law’s 2022 “The Closer” competition, which challenges students in high-pressure business deal negotiations, and competed in the University of Miami Law’s 2022 “Law Without Walls” international legal hackathon in Segovia, Spain. This blend of practical training and interdisciplinary experience has shaped Alexandria’s inventive approach to her practice.
