Tucker's litigation prowess is evident in his representation of clients in complex IP disputes at both the federal district court and appellate levels. His experience includes representing clients in administrative review processes, such as U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) investigations, as well as Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), reexaminations and other post-grant proceedings before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). Additionally, he handles actions before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB), Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) and international opposition proceedings.

Why did you become a lawyer?

I am a problem solver who thrives on the challenge of tackling new puzzles. I enjoy analyzing problems from multiple perspectives to determine the best way to assist clients. Combining my engineering background with my analytical and deductive skills, IP law emerged as an ideal path.
